Description
During the first six to twelve weeks after your baby is born I will visit you at home, give you a massage, cook for you and care for your baby so you can catch up on sleep. I offer unlimited email and phone support during these early weeks.
My long term goal is to do myself out of a job! I do this by giving you the emotional, physical and informational support you need to create and implement your own self care plan. We will work together to make sure you continue to get the support, confidence, health and love you need long after I go home.
All my clients meet in a facilitated group once a month for a year after the birth of their baby for professional and peer-to-peer coaching. This gives you a blanket of security for the whole year. It’s a safe space where you can connect with your needs, and the ever changing needs of your baby, and find a beautiful balance so you can truly enjoy motherhood.
